Our design experts will visit your home to discuss your vision. They'll survey the area, listen to your needs and wants, help you establish a budget and offer some innovative ideas you might not have thought of to enhance your project.
Based on the consultation, our creative team will create a beautiful plan, complete with plan view and 3D renderings. The plan will include all the details such as materials and ideal furniture placement as well as some personal touches. We'll walk you through the design and provide the initial estimated cost for the project.
We pride ourselves on bringing your vision to life, so we’ll adjust the design until it's precisely what you want. Once you're happy with the plan, we'll present the final version and the contract.
The behind-the-scenes work begins! Our design-build team will apply for permits, prepare all necessary construction documents and begin sourcing all the materials for your project.
