POE’s Response to the COVID-19 Outbreak

We wanted to reach out today to let you know that POE is still open for business. However, we do recognize that the COVID-19 Virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities.

• We are still conducting estimates, meetings, and consultations while trying to limit our person to person contact. We are doing a majority of our contact work outdoors which should be feasible considering all of our work is done outside. • We are still conducting our presentations and also have the ability to do them remotely via a screen share. You can still keep your PJs on if you are working from home! We have already done a few of these this week and have had great results! • Crews are out working and will continue to do so while practicing social distancing. As planned prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, we expect to start full operations on Monday, March 30. • Our office is still being attended daily, we have a couple of employees working remotely and bouncing back and forth. • All of our vendors and suppliers are open and operating, with limited interruptions. • We are limiting all non-essential visitors to our office.

We assure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are working to meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees. We are currently monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and local health agencies for the latest developments and guidance from government and public officials. We are cleaning regularly and can say we have never used so much Lysol, wipes and hand sanitizer before.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to keep our employees, customers, and families as safe as possible. Our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone that has been affected in one way or another.
